Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

Desi's Club has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, trafficking, sextortion, and any other form of child exploitation.

1. Prohibited Content and Behavior

  • Any CSAM, sexualized content involving minors, or exploitative imagery.
  • Grooming behavior, predatory communication, or coercion involving minors.
  • Attempts to solicit sexual content from minors or facilitate abuse.
  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or normalizes CSAE.

2. Detection and Enforcement

  • We review reports of harmful content and behavior promptly.
  • Accounts involved in CSAE activity may be suspended or permanently removed.
  • Content violating these standards is removed as soon as identified.
  • We preserve relevant evidence where required by law.

3. Reporting and Escalation

If you encounter suspected CSAE content or behavior on Desi's Club, report it immediately:

  • Subject line: Urgent CSAE Report
  • Include any relevant user identifiers, screenshots, and timestamps.

If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local law enforcement immediately.

4. Cooperation With Authorities

We cooperate with law enforcement and child protection organizations where legally required, including reporting suspected CSAM to appropriate authorities such as NCMEC (for applicable jurisdictions).
